Excellent service, I would highly recommend.

Brian is punctual, friendly and efficient. I had bough a mortice lock that didn't fit the door and he very kindly went to get another one that now fits perfectly. No fuss. His rates are reasonable. I fully recommend Brian for a lock replacement.

Brian made sure he knew what parts were needed before arriving and came on time. He replaced the broken part quickly, and fixed other issues that he spotted with the door, letting me know what they were as he found them. He took time to make sure it was done well and that the end result was a door working well, not just well enough. Even though it ended up being a longer job than expected he stick to the quote and didn't charge an unexpected amount.

We have used Brian previously at Fisher House, again work completed with minimum fuss and cost effective. We will continue to use Brian when needed.
