Brian was very professional opened the door with out any damage but it was evident that lock barrel was at fault. He gave us his advice and two alternative new barrels we could replace the old one with. We chose the better more expensive fitting which changed and explain the advantages, but at no time showed any preference for either leaving the decision to us.
