Very Stiff Door Lock

Main door lock had become almost completely stuck due to settlement in new build apartment. Facilities company refused to acknowledge the issue and said it wasn't their problem. Brian came out quickly and was able to sort quickly and to a high standard of work. I would not hesitate to use again!

Malfunctioning door lock removal and replacement.

Arrived home after a night out and was unable to open my front door. I googled Lockforce and Brian arrived promptly. Eventually, he was able to remove the offending door lock with minimum damage and noise. He talked me through the whole process as he worked hard to solve the problem. I was very happy to be able to enter my property. The next day he returned with a brand new lock which he skilfully applied. I am very grateful to him.

Unlocking the door

Unlike some of the other companies that came up, when we phoned, the phone was answered. Some other numbers went straight to voicemail - not great when you're feeling stressed out because it's late at night and you can't get into your home. Brian was polite, arrived sooner than he estimated and he unlocked the door in a matter of seconds. £125 is an awful lot of money to have to pay out but it was a relief to be back in my home.
