Noel responded to my request for a quote instantly, and gave me a very clear quote for each of the locks I needed replacing. He was able to work to a time that suited me, and communicated very clearly throughout the process. All locks were replaced, and allowed us to check we were happy with them all before he left. Job location: OL11Fabulous! Great communication, used technology to its best with video of our problem do I felt confident and comfortable that he knew what the problem was and cost even before he came. Then was with me in great timing to sort out conservatory door lock out. Friendly, professional and with a warranty too couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommend!
