I posted a job after getting locked out of my house on a Sunday evening due to a broken lock—luckily, my son was in at the time to let me in! I received an immediate response from Noel, who rang to discuss the problem and arranged to come round at a suitable time the next day. He turned up exactly on time, diagnosed the issue, and gave me two clear options before carrying out the work. I now have a secure front door that I can lock and unlock again! Excellent and professional work done very quickly. The door gear mechanism had broken and required full replacement. A good price, quoted before the work started and explained what was required very clearly. Good value for the work done . Damage free opening and the door left clean and fully working.
