  Excellent job on patio door lock.

  Excellent job. Arrived as arranged, very polite and personable. Had a good idea what the problem was on the patio door lock, but dismantled and checked first. Gave me a reasonable estimate to include all parts and labour. He had the parts in the van and had it sorted in less than an hour. Gave a guarantee and contact details. first class start to finish.

  Lock mechanism replacement

  had been having problems with the front door lock, tried a quick fix, but was advised entire mechanism needed replacing. Gave me a price which was cheaper than other places,arrived on time and also took away broken mechanism. Would highly recommend.

  Emergency call-out to fix broken front-door lock

  Krasimir offers a brilliant service, which is friendly, extremely efficient, and sensibly priced. The gear box in my front-door lock completely failed at 4.30 on a Monday afternoon, meaning I wouldn't be able to lock up for the night without getting it fixed. A quick call to Krasimir resulted in his coming round no less than 30 minutes later(!), and he immediately fixed a new replacement gear box and all was well. Absolutely first-rate service, and very highly recommended.
