Excellent service from Krasimir. Respond quickly, with reasonable price and explained everything clearly. Not only changing the lock, he also helped me to adjust the hinge of the door to make it smooth, which is out of my expectation. On that day, I got my floor delivered and my family didn't turn up to help me so I need to move all the planks into the house on my own. Krasimir came out to help me and that was nearly 1000kg in total. I was so pleased that Krasimir was there and he didn't ask for anything just wanted to help! Highly recommend this kind and friendly gentleman to everyone!

Fantastic Customer service, very friendly, helpful gentlemen. My locks wasent an easy job locating locks and fitting due to old house but he didn't give up and located correct locks and completed the job. Very happy with final result. Definitely recommend
