Fantastic response to a difficult situation for my wife and I this morning. Lewis of Lockfit was here very quickly,after great communication ref timings. He then dealt with our locked composite front door with a faulty lock efficiently and professionally. Job location: CV8Called Lewis on a Sunday evening. He arrived earlier today and efficiently reinstalled a new Yale lock on our front door. He called twice before arriving to keep us informed of his arrival time -why do other trades people never do this or even answer your original query? Had a new door fitted recently, unfortunately we lost a key which left my wife feeling rather vulnerable. I phoned on the Saturday and had an engineer visit on Sunday morning. Because it required a 3 star lock he fitted a temporary lock to give us peace of mind overnight returning on the Monday morning to fit the required unit. Additionally, he fitted a chain as well to address my wife’s concern.
