Had a new door fitted recently, unfortunately we lost a key which left my wife feeling rather vulnerable. I phoned on the Saturday and had an engineer visit on Sunday morning. Because it required a 3 star lock he fitted a temporary lock to give us peace of mind overnight returning on the Monday morning to fit the required unit. Additionally, he fitted a chain as well to address my wife’s concern. The service and attention to detail was exceptional with nothing too much bother, a credit to his company and ethos.

I was impressed with the excellent communication. I received open and honest explanation of the issue. I was quoted a full price for the job beforehand. timekeeping was spot on. work was completed in a timely way and the tradesman was respectful, pleasant and worked quickly and quietly. 100% recommended and I would use them again without question - thank you!

Lewis was really knowledgeable around his trade . Came out and secured bi folds and came back the next day with the correct quality parts. Really pleased with the job he did, thank you.

For some weird reason my bedroom door locked itself so I couldn’t get in. I called Lewis at Lockfit and he gave me a very reasonable quote over the phone. He came and repaired it for me within an hour and a half and on a Saturday too. He also fixed it for me so it couldn’t lock me out again. Excellent service and nice friendly guy.
