10 Snapped key in lock in the pouring rain

I came home following a walk with the dogs and the key snapped off in the lock. Lockfit were the first ones to respond to my job, within 3 minutes and promised to attend within 30 minutes. Costs were fully explained. I had a text letting me know they were 2 minutes away. The job was completed within 15 minutes at a very reasonable price.
