Once I had posted my requirements on Checkatrade, I heard from Adam - very promptly - he could review the problems that day and offer me a quote with a description of the work required. He was so professional and respectful while showing understanding of the window issues. I received regular updates about pricing options, dates for the work and time of arrival. The windows proved tricky but Adam and his colleague worked expertly until all was resolved. I was invited to check over their work. They were thorough in cleaning up. A top class, professional job by fantastic workers. Outstanding

From posting the job online to Adam having completed the work was less than 24 hours. He rang me straight away and we organised a time for him to visit, explaining the likely solution and costs involved. His communication was fab, he was punctual and carried out the work there and then. Very happy!

Once contacted Adam was quick to come round and give us a quote and arranged a convenient time to come back and complete the job. He explained the problem clearly and gave us a couple of solutions at different prices. Communication was clear throughout. He was professional and efficient and even realigned our front door too at no extra charge as he noticed it wasn't quite right. I would happily recommend Adam.
