Fabulous service from start to finish thank you so much

I was contacted quickly after I posted the job and they came around the next day and fixed the window and advised on the other window issues we had. Very pleased with the work done. I'd use again.

I had 2 companies reply to my request to fit a broken door handle on an outside door. Adam from Lockfit answered my questions first and directly. Gave me an approx price when I asked. (Compared to the other company who said they would need to dismantle the whole door first). My door handle turned out be an usual one. However, Adam persisted and found the correct handle. Adam kept me updated at all times and arrived on time and explained why the handle broke. Even when he had a family emergency, he still contacted me. I would highly recommend lockit and ask for Adam. A nice,genuine guy.

Adam was great, turned up the day after me getting in touch and sorted a problem with a lock that others hadn't managed to fix. Really professional, would definitely contact again for other work.
