Guy was brilliant from start to finish. He was quick to respond to my plea for help. He asked for a video of the job (fit a lock to wooden shed) which was all done via WhatsApp. I asked for an urgent service and he came the next day. On looking at the problem he provided professional insights and guidance for a better lock if I want it - of which he then helped me place the order on Amazon.
