  Got locked out, Gary was at our home within 30 mins (central Basingstoke, bank holiday weekend) and got our door open immediately. Explained how the lock works for future cases which was helpful. We only paid what Gary had quoted over the phone, no extra hidden fees.

  Gary provided an excellent service. He quickly and efficiently extracted a broken key in just 10 minutes and managed to provide a new key as well.
