  Gary was very efficient and professional in his dealing with us. He replaced our worn out front door lock within a short time of first contact, quickly providing explanations of the work and a competitive quote. He was punctual and tidy, and did an excellent job. I wouldn't hesitate to contact him again.

  Prompt, efficient, friendly, got job done

  Work was fixing a garage door (key was missing) to replace with a new lock /key. In addition I also wanted other work done on a specific date, by chance Gary happened to be on holiday for this date but he fixed up with one of his colleagues to make sure I had the work done promptly on the date which suited me. Very prompt interaction and clear expectations about timing, pricing etc. I would be happy to use Gary at Lockfit again for anything I needed in his area.
