Gary was absolutely wonderful. Fast, communicative and honest. He made a stressful situation infinitely better. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again.

Gary was super clear and responsive in his communication before and after visiting. He arrived on time, did the job efficiently and explained what he had done in lay terms. Most importantly, he is a really nice guy and I would definitely ask him to do more work in the future.

We moved into our new home a few weeks ago and wanted all the locks upgraded and replaced. Gary was able to come out a few days later and completed the work very quickly! My partner and I had just moved into our house together, and wanted to get new locks installed. Gary was absolutely fantastic, he was prompt to reply, told us all of the different locks that he offers, and exactly what he charged, no hidden fees! Upon arrival, one of the locks was a bit too long for our door, so Gary gave us a different model of lock to use in the meantime whilst ordering the new lock and returning a few days later to fit the lock, at no extra charge. Cannot recommend Gary enough, really knowledgeable man and great at his job!
