Guy was brilliant from start to finish. He was quick to respond to my plea for help. He asked for a video of the job (fit a lock to wooden shed) which was all done via WhatsApp. I asked for an urgent service and he came the next day. On looking at the problem he provided professional insights and guidance for a better lock if I want it - of which he then helped me place the order on Amazon. He then came back the next day to fit the new improved lock at no extra cost. Great service start to finish. Happy customer
