We emailed Gary one evening and he contacted us first thing next morning. He arrived at 12.00 as arranged. He explained the problem and gave us options. He had the parts required on his van. The work was carried out to our total satisfaction. Would have no hesitation in recommending Gary.

We had difficulty unlocking our front door as the mechanism was stiff and needed persistence to unlock. Lockfit came out next day. Initially fitted a replacement lock having explained and priced the options. Although the replacement was an improvement the problem still existed. Lockfit took time and trouble to track down the cause and adjusted the door which had moved out of allignment. We now have a door that locks and unlocks easily. We also received safety advice about door locks which was a useful extra. No call out charge, no charge for the time and effort just a fixed charge for material

I found Gary online and sent him a message. Replied within the hour and was able to visit and sort out problem in the same day. Would definitely recommend. He doesn't charge a call out fee to have a look at the issue and he gave us a no obligation quote. Will definitely keep his details for the future.
