  Front Door Lock

  Steve was an absolute life saver, couldn't lock my front door from inside, or out, he came out the same day that I contacted him, with great communication throughout. You never know when you haven't used someone before for this type of work, if they will be genuine, but can one hundred per cent recommend and will definitely use again. Explained everything & was so helpful, could have quite easily told me I needed new locks etc and I wouldn't have known any different! Really friendly and puts you at ease to ask anything. Have already told my neighbours if they need anyone, he is the one to call

  Unable to open door

  Steve came out same day and repaired the broken lock with no new parts needed. Polite and explained everything he was doing. Highly recommended

  Useless

  Arrange for Steve to assist me in gaining entry to my own house. All arranged for Monday morning. Called to confirm. Sitting outside my house and called him to confirm only to be told that he was not comfortable allowing me access to my own house without permission of my wife who is overseas. I would not recommend this locksmith as he is unreliable.

  Let’s add some context, I was told by Roy that he was going through an acrimonious divorce and he wanted me to allow him entry into his ex wife’s property whilst she was away on holiday so that he could change the locks. I wasn’t prepared to do this.

  New front door lock

  I rang Steve after a Google search as the key snapped off in the front door lock as I tried to lock the door. He was knowledgeable and offered me a few solutions. Once we agreed what work should be done, he carried it out quickly and effectively. Very happy customer. I would definitely recommend .

  Window lock repaired

  Steve was fantastic! He was with me within 30 minutes of first calling. He was knowledgable, quick to work and helped recommend other products to use. He went above and beyond and even realigned my window that had been fitted at an angle for years. Couldn’t recommend enough!

  Back door would not lock - door had dropped

  This was a Sunday evening and Steve responded within minutes to my job request and attended within the hour. He quickly ascertained that the back door lock and bolt mechanism was fine, but the whole door had dropped at an angle. He painstakingly adjusted each hinge to a point where not only did the door close and lock again, it was better and smoother then it had ever been. Steve was absolutely fantastic, very professional and thorough in his work and he explained everything he was doing. A great communicator, friendly and very helpful and at a very reasonable cost too. Recommend to all.
