    Steve & Lee were excellent. Called mid morning and they were with me by early afternoon. Professional and polite, no upsell of anything I didn’t need. Job sorted within an hour. Highly recommend

    When our front door lock developed a fault which stopped us from opening it. I phoned Steve who answered immediately and arranged to call out, within a few hours. He explained the problem and gave us options to rectify the issue. He then replaced the gearbox immediately at a reasonable price and made adjustments to the door. Our door/lock has never so well.

    Quick, reliable and professional.

    Called Steve early in the morning as we couldn't lock our patio door. He rearranged his work schedule and arrived within a couple of hours. He quickly identified the problem and replaced the broken lock. I would highly recommend him if you needed an emergency call out situation. He was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely professional. We would use him again in an instant.

    Broken key and access issue

    I had an issue with a broken key, stopping me from accessing my home. I made contact with Steve at Lockfit Aylesbury, who was quick to assess the issue at hand, and he solved a stressful problem with ease. My lock works perfectly now.
