Prompt attendance the same day I called. Serviced all the mechanisms on door. Seems to be working fine now. Steve was very polite, friendly & professional. Would recommend.

Needed to get back into a lock-up. Problem proved to be more than just a stuck lock; poor build of lock-up had allowed doorframe to distort, jamming the release mechanism. Steve and Lee (Leigh? - sorry, not sure which spelling you use) spent a good while diagnosing and overcoming those challenges. Lock replaced, mechanism adjusted - access restored. Very impressed by their competence and tenacity. I recommend them highly.

Steve was an absolute life saver, couldn't lock my front door from inside, or out, he came out the same day that I contacted him, with great communication throughout. You never know when you haven't used someone before for this type of work, if they will be genuine, but can one hundred per cent recommend and will definitely use again. Explained everything & was so helpful, could have quite easily told me I needed new locks etc and I wouldn't have known any different! Really friendly and puts you at ease to ask anything. Have already told my neighbours if they need anyone, he is the one to call
