Steve provided first class service. He was prompt to reply to a whatsapp enquiry and managed to get to me super quick. He was so helpful during the visit (even with my indecision and changing mind on options). Overall a really nice guy and a very trustworthy tradesman. Very pleased

Steve absolutely great . December both myself and neighbour coincidentally had issues with locks just before Christmas holidays. Steve came out promptly and resolved both our issues, great advice repair and response.

When our front door lock developed a fault which stopped us from opening it. I phoned Steve who answered immediately and arranged to call out, within a few hours. He explained the problem and gave us options to rectify the issue. He then replaced the gearbox immediately at a reasonable price and made adjustments to the door. Our door/lock has never so well.

Called Steve early in the morning as we couldn't lock our patio door. He rearranged his work schedule and arrived within a couple of hours. He quickly identified the problem and replaced the broken lock. I would highly recommend him if you needed an emergency call out situation. He was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely professional. We would use him again in an instant.
