Michael came out within an hour or two of ringing. I’d just moved into a new house and the door wouldn’t lock. I was so impressed with his knowledge and he really helped me out. Great service, professional and polite, definitely recommend

Mike came out on a Sunday to look at my front door that I could not open. He found the cause, and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. He was friendly and did not charge the earth. I would highly recommend him to others. Excellent service.

Michael quickly booked us in for an appointment and turned up on time, he assessed the problem and gave us multiple options on how to proceed. Explained the likely issue over the phone, gave a quote and an arrival time. Turned up on time, was a great guy and fixed the door exactly as he had described. Was pleasant, clean and tidy and eased the open / close of another door whilst he was at my house.
