We contacted Michael at LockFit after our front door lock mechanism broke. Michael quickly booked us in for an appointment and turned up on time, he assessed the problem and gave us multiple options on how to proceed. Explained the likely issue over the phone, gave a quote and an arrival time. Turned up on time, was a great guy and fixed the door exactly as he had described. Was pleasant, clean and tidy and eased the open / close of another door whilst he was at my house.
