  Alex came to do repair a uPVC door that refused to lock, and sometimes even close! He was quick to respond, explained the possible problem, and the likely cost. He was quick to dismantle the lock assembly, and identify exactly the problem, and then establish he had the right part to replace the broken piece. He fitted the new part, and ensured it all worked. Excellent service. Would use and recommend, with no hesitation.

  Alex was quick to respond. He was friendly and explained what he was doing at every stage. The work was carried out quickly and with no mess. The lock was replaced and he ensured that everything was in good working order and that we were happy before he left. First class service.
