Alex came to do repair a uPVC door that refused to lock, and sometimes even close! He was quick to respond, explained the possible problem, and the likely cost. He was quick to dismantle the lock assembly, and identify exactly the problem, and then establish he had the right part to replace the broken piece. He fitted the new part, and ensured it all worked. Excellent service. Would use and recommend, with no hesitation.

Alex was brilliant, he came out in the night when the lock had broken and as a lone woman was outside at night with no way in property. Alex came out very promptly within 30 mins.
