  Excellent customer care from Gareth. He returned my call promptly and although my problem was not an emergency or urgent Gareth arranged a convenient time to carry out the work. I had inserted the wrong key into the door lock and after trying to remove it, all I did was snap the key. After Gareth had looked at the lock he quoted a very reasonable price and after removing the broken key bit ensured that the lock was still fully functional with the correct door key. Highly recommended .

  Brilliant Locksmith.

  Gareth is an absolute star! Locked myself out of the house on a Friday night & he was with us in 30 minutes. Got us back into the house without any damage & within minutes. Very reasonable priced & a top lad. Would highly recommend him 👍

  Unable to shut or lock patio door. We called Lockfit and explained what the problem was. Gareth was extremely helpful; he arrived as agreed; carried out the work efficiently and promptly; the cost was as quoted. Gareth was very agreeable and professional, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others - indeed we already have!
