Good communication from Scott both in arrangements for meeting and then on site. He kept me informed throughout about what he was doing and checking with me that I was happy with it.

Gareth was fantastic. Came out same day to diagnose the problem, put a temp safe lock on while awaiting parts. Came back today to finish the job. Was very quick, polite, cleaned up after himself and was all around a fantastic tradesman. Would highly recommend.
