Scott came round and did a lot of realignment of our tired old door and lock so it will work smoothly for a while longer. Massive improvement, much better than I thought was possible. Scott answered straight away when I called and came out the following day (our front door lock was sticking but it wasn't an emergency). He was helpful and efficient and in no time at all we had a new locking mechanism and a key for each person in the building.
