Scott arrived at the time agreed and identified the issue with the door lock very quickly and professionally, the price quoted to resolve the problem was less than I expected, and in a short period of time I had a fully working door again at a great price , thanks.

Scott arrived on time and had a very pleasant manner. He quickly diagnosed the fault with the lock and released the locking mechanism. He ascertained that there was a partial parts failure and replaced only the part that had failed. He was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. His prices are very reasonable and he did an excellent job for a very competitive price and I would have no hesitation in recommending Scott to anyone needing a knowledgeable, competent and honest locksmith.
