Telephoned Scott and within an hour he had arrived and changed out the front door lock. Amazing service and good price. Would highly recommend.

Scott Metcalfe, really nice guy. Turned up at the timed specified and then spent 4 1/2 hours not just unlocking the French doors which we've been unable to unlock, but then strip down the troublesome door, including glazing to rebalance and align the pair of doors and check hinges. Using his own words, "perfectionist", wasn't prepared to leave until the lock was smooth and he was happy. Cannot fault him and extremely reasonable in cost, I thought it would be more, considering his time, effort and energy. Recommended him all the way. Thank you.

Amazing service. Friendly and reliable. Casey works to a very high standard and made sure everything was perfect before she left. Casey fixed both of the doors in my house so no more stressing trying to shut and lock them. Thank you.
