Great service. Needed a new front door lock fitted. Scott came on time, was efficient and knowledgeable. He even managed to fix my door that had dropped at the same time. Also a card machine on him, so easy! Thank you again.

Scott was professional, courteous, on time & considerate of my mum's condition of dementia. We had replaced the old barrel (with v expensive keys) replaced with a new (& thankfully much cheaper Yale keys) in next to no time. It was done quickly & to a high standard, quickly. We were invited to try the lock before paying by card on a secure card machine. We wouldn't hesitate to use him again or recommend his work. Thank you!

My upvc door would not lock. Scott came round within 12 hours of me posting the job on Checkatrade. He was thorough and not only fixed the problem, but took extra time to adjust the hinges to get the door to close optimally. He was efficient and professional. The estimate he gave me over the phone was the price I ended up paying. I would definitely call him out again. Fast, reliable service.

I had a Uvpc door which was stuck locked. Scott had a great communication and was very knowledgeable, fixed the door and works perfectly now. Very happy customer.

We received excellent service from Scott. He arrived on time, was very polite, professional & knowledgeable. Diagnosed the problems we had with a door that we couldn't lock & a door we couldn't unlock. Explained what was wrong with both doors & quoted a price which we felt was very reasonable. Would highly recommend this firm & wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
