  Walking dog, accidentally locked myself out

  Locksmith arrived very quickly and provided details of journey, upon arrival was very considerate and respectful. Managed to get in without damaging door and made all the necessary checks to ensure this was my house without being intrusive. Couldn’t have asked for better service!

  Repair/Replacement of internal lock.

  Jourdan attended our business property within an hour of our telephone conversation, as we needed urgent access to the rooms beyond the door with the broken lock! Jourdan replaced the lock and even a broken window handle which hadn't been previously mentioned whilst he was with us. The cost was excellent, and the prompt and courteous service was much appreciated. Wouldn't hesitate to use the service again.
