Easily arranged, great communication. Jourdan turned up when he said he would and went above and beyond to fix the lock when it would have been easier for him just to replace a part. All in all, a great experience! Thanks!

A few weeks late but what an amazing genuine guy Jordan is .. after being sat outside for 2 hours on Halloween waiting for some one else to turn up , we decided to look elsewhere and managed to get Jordan , he dropped everything ( literally his Chinese had just arrived ) and came to our rescue, he was professional, knowledgeable and did an amazing job at a reasonable price ! 5 stars thank you ☺️

Jourdan does what it “says his company does on the tin”….. put so much more…… goes that extra mile to not only fix the problem, there and then, but making sure the cause of the problem doesn’t occur again. Used Jourdan a few times now and he just gets better
