Excellent service responded to message very quickly, explained everything and even came the same day as I was left with a door i couldn't close in case of lock out again from the previous company that came and ripped me off, Miles restored my faith in humanity. Miles responded to my contacting this site within 5 minutes and was at the house within 2 hours. He was friendly courteous and reassuring. He talked through and explained everything he was doing and why. He was able to repair the lock at that visit which meant my mum felt safe again in the house.
