Miles replaced my front door lock on an opportune visit earlier today. He happened to be on my street on another job and I asked if he'd mind taking a look at my front door that I'd been ignoring for a while. He happily stopped, despite it being unplanned, and explained what was wrong with my front door lock. He was able to replace it there and then. Thanks so much!

Very helpful - came out to fix a jammed lock, sorted it very quickly so charged nothing. Great service and would definitely recommend.
