  Installation Issue and Challenging Follow-U

  I had a boiler installed by this company in late 2025. Shortly afterwards, a fault developed which led to a leak and damage at my property. Although the technical issue was eventually addressed, I found the aftercare and resolution process difficult and prolonged. The matter remains unresolved and has required escalation through formal complaint routes. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this company ensures all warranties, responsibilities, and insurance details are clearly documented in writing before work begins.

  Fantastic Plumbers

  We arranged with the staff at Local Plumbers to send an engineer to investigate the noises which were coming from the Central Heating System The engineer arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable and was very reassuring that he could resolve the problems. After checking the system he was able to resolve any issues. The company are the best plumbers I have used, Staff very helpful, Engineer very helpful. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

  Annual boiler maintenance

  I had my annual boiler service completed recently. Booking the appointment was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The technician was extremely thorough, checking every aspect and explaining the process in simple terms. I now feel confident that my boiler is running safely and efficiently. Excellent service from start to finish — very satisfied!

  A special company in all respects

  I have used this company on a number of ocasions and have always found them very efficient. From issue of quotation to starting the job they are quick. They take care to assess the work and discuss all the details with me. I find they are very competitive, a pleasant and caring company

  Boiler installation / follow up

  Asked Local Plumbers to validate work recommended by another plumber who had recently installed a new boiler. Local Plumbers confirmed my suspicions that whilst a small proportion of the work was necessary, the other work was not warranted. Local Plumbers completed the job efficiently and without fuss. My only regret is that I did not have them install the boiler in the first place.
