I had a boiler installed by this company in late 2025. Shortly afterwards, a fault developed which led to a leak and damage at my property.
Although the technical issue was eventually addressed, I found the aftercare and resolution process difficult and prolonged. The matter remains unresolved and has required escalation through formal complaint routes.
I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this company ensures all warranties, responsibilities, and insurance details are clearly documented in writing before work begins.

As soon as the issue was brought to our attend we attended immediately and identified a failed AAV, which was beyond our control. We then proceeded to replace all part by that manufacture to help prevent further issues. These parts were then sent back to the manufacture for testing.
There is a process that needs to be followed and the customer has be kept informed throughout.
