The removal of the old boiler and installation of the new boiler was carried out by the engineer named George. He was excellent in every respect. The work was carried out with the minimum of disruption to the house. He was polite, kept us informed at all times and, on completion, ensured everything was clean and tidy and that we were happy with the installation.
