The job they did was great but it wasn’t done untill 2 days after I asked for it to be done. I was promised twice that the job would be done on a certain day and they never showed up or even contacted to say they weren’t coming. I had to contact them to find out that they weren’t coming

The person I spoke to, said they could help and would send some one in 1 to 2 hours. What they did not tell me was they were from another company 24hrs service. It was extremely expensive, £60 to realign part of the lock, took them 2 minutes to do and cost considerably more for total work. While the locks now work, I would not use again as I thought I was getting a person from check a trade and it was extortionately expensive.

Good experience.

Went above and beyond to complete the job, first to Southend to get the necessary parts and then to Braintree as they didn’t have all that was needed. A little on the pricy side? Not sure to be honest but prices are forever increasing and what with the fuel he used plus vat of course so probably ok
