Had a lock changed. Young lad who did it was very late two days in a row, had to gaffer tape my front door back together after the work was completed, and then had the cheek to charge me for carpentry.

The guys were really efficient, I was really happy with the service and professionalism. Would recommend them .

Great service from Jim this evening. Jim replaced two locks for us. Advised us on security and the importance if choosing the right level of protection for our doors. Very personable, we would hire him again.

Had a really great experience with Jim. He was able to come out and replace my lock same day after my key snapped off inside and then a few days later when a manufacturing issue caused the lock to jam, he came out and replaced it again free of charge. Overall really reliable, very reasonable price and friendly service, would definitely recommend!
