  Carl was quick to respond and came to try to repair the roller door which would not close. Carl was working in very cold conditions and after an hour it was clear that a replacement door was needed. Carl sent me a written quote to replace the door at a very reasonable price. He has replaced the door. He is clearly very experienced and communicates very well and impressed with his knowledge and commitment to get the job done well. He left everything very tidy and I have no hesitation in recommending him without reservation.

  Really helpful, speedy service. Once I’d sent some pictures of the make and model of the garage doors and described the issue, a date and time for repairs was arranged. An estimate of the cost was also provided, so no surprises. Would definitely recommend.

  Carl provided an excellent and prompt service to repair our garage door. Carl responded straightaway to the request and was available in the next week to sort out. Carl gave fantastic advice and service and got us operational again. Would definitely recommend.

  Carl responsed to by request within a coup,e of hours and talked through the issue on the phone to try to identify the fault. He then came around the same evening and refitted the spring and wires and refitted it so that it opened and closed smoothly. Great service

  Garage Door jammed

  Amazing service from Carl at Brough Garage Doors!! After trying one York firm who were unable to open my garage door and wanted to cut the corner of it off and charge me £1450 for a new door I contacted Carl at Brough Garage Doors. After sending some pictures he told me exactly what the problem was and arranged to come the following afternoon. He arrived on time, opened the garage door exactly as planned and for a very competitive price I must add. Highly recommend Carl and if I need anybody in the future or am asked to recommend anybody I shall be passing out his details. Thanks so much!!
