Amazing service from Carl at Brough Garage Doors!! After trying one York firm who were unable to open my garage door and wanted to cut the corner of it off and charge me £1450 for a new door I contacted Carl at Brough Garage Doors. After sending some pictures he told me exactly what the problem was and arranged to come the following afternoon. He arrived on time, opened the garage door exactly as planned and for a very competitive price I must add. Highly recommend Carl and if I need anybody in the future or am asked to recommend anybody I shall be passing out his details. Thanks so much!!

I found Carl on Checkatrade. He was very easy to talk to about the issue, made no promises but put me at ease. He came out the next morning & not only fixed the problem immediately but gave us advice. He was communicative & friendly & his fee was exactly as quoted, more than competitive with other outfits I had tried despite them not being able to attend for weeks! Carl was spot on & we would highly recommend. 👍🏻

My 39 year old up and over garage door would not open properly, so contacted Carl. He asked me to take photos and confirmed that a replacement would be needed whilst on the phone. Booked an appointment and date and time of replacement door installation confirmed. Installation was quick and efficient. I'm very pleased with my new door. Carl kept me updated throughout the process and arrived on time and removed the old door. Definitely recommend.

Carl responded very promptly to our request for repairs to our garage door. He requested photos and established what parts were needed, and was able to provide a quote over the phone. First class experience! Carl was a pleasure to deal with from initial enquiry through to completion of the job. Very pleasant tradesman who clearly takes pride in his work. Asked for photographs to ensure he understood the problem and was very quick and efficient in attending and fixing the garage door where the wires had snapped. How refreshing to find someone who is prepared to mend rather than wanting to sell an upgrade. Very good value too. Would not hesitate to recommend!
