Carl provided an excellent and prompt service to repair our garage door. Carl responded straightaway to the request and was available in the next week to sort out. Carl gave fantastic advice and service and got us operational again. Would definitely recommend.

Carl responsed to by request within a coup,e of hours and talked through the issue on the phone to try to identify the fault. He then came around the same evening and refitted the spring and wires and refitted it so that it opened and closed smoothly. Great service

Amazing service from Carl at Brough Garage Doors!! After trying one York firm who were unable to open my garage door and wanted to cut the corner of it off and charge me £1450 for a new door I contacted Carl at Brough Garage Doors. After sending some pictures he told me exactly what the problem was and arranged to come the following afternoon. He arrived on time, opened the garage door exactly as planned and for a very competitive price I must add. Highly recommend Carl and if I need anybody in the future or am asked to recommend anybody I shall be passing out his details. Thanks so much!!

I found Carl on Checkatrade. He was very easy to talk to about the issue, made no promises but put me at ease. He came out the next morning & not only fixed the problem immediately but gave us advice. He was communicative & friendly & his fee was exactly as quoted, more than competitive with other outfits I had tried despite them not being able to attend for weeks! Carl was spot on & we would highly recommend. 👍🏻

My 39 year old up and over garage door would not open properly, so contacted Carl. He asked me to take photos and confirmed that a replacement would be needed whilst on the phone. Booked an appointment and date and time of replacement door installation confirmed. Installation was quick and efficient. I'm very pleased with my new door. Carl kept me updated throughout the process and arrived on time and removed the old door. Definitely recommend.
