  We couldn’t be happier with the work Mark and Liam have done on our garage conversion and kitchen renovation. From start to finish they were professional, reliable, and incredibly skilled. The quality of workmanship is excellent — everything has been finished to a very high standard, with real attention to detail. They helped us think through options, explained things clearly, and were happy to offer practical advice that genuinely improved the end result.   I recently had my bathroom fitted by Liam from LM Renovations and the results are outstanding. His professionalism, attention to detail and craftsmanship exceeded my expectations. The installation was done efficiently, with minimal disruption and the final product looks fantastic.   Full bathroom installation and fitted internal doors

  My partner and I recently had LM Renovations at our Guildford flat to do a full bathroom rip out and installation, as well as fit some new internal doors. We are so happy with the results! Mark has done a fantastic job and his attention to detail is brilliant. We were kept updated every step of the way and placed full trust in Mark to make our vision a reality. Highly recommend and we will definitely call on LM Renovations for future updates to our home.

  Fitting of doors windows, shower and upgrade to the heating system, and some rendering

  All work carried out to a high standard and within the agreed budget, there were also some additional work items that needed doing and these were done without having to ask. Plus some rendering was done to make good outside walls. Overall we are very happy.
