My partner and I recently had LM Renovations at our Guildford flat to do a full bathroom rip out and installation, as well as fit some new internal doors. We are so happy with the results! Mark has done a fantastic job and his attention to detail is brilliant. We were kept updated every step of the way and placed full trust in Mark to make our vision a reality. Highly recommend and we will definitely call on LM Renovations for future updates to our home.

All work carried out to a high standard and within the agreed budget, there were also some additional work items that needed doing and these were done without having to ask. Plus some rendering was done to make good outside walls. Overall we are very happy.

Mark and Liam did such a good job on our recent bathroom renovation that we have them booked in to start on our kitchen renovation next week! LM Renovations were such good value for money - they were the cheapest of a number of quotes we got for the work, but the quality of work was second to none. You expect a number of snags on any completed building work, but we only had two very minor one and Mark returned quickly to fix them. Both Mark and Liam were courteous, professional, clean and tidy. They met challenges head on and nothing was too much trouble - an absolute pleasure to deal with!

Liam and Mark have helped us with a number of jobs. They helped remodel our kitchen to a high standard with good communication about the potential snags in the job and solutions. We had some unforeseen damp issues which we needed to get them back to help with. Although this took a few months of backwards and forwards texting and calling to get them back they have done a thorough job which we are pleased with. I’ve always found them to be courteous and considerate workers and honest about issues that have cropped up. We also feel they have been good value compared to other quotes given.

The ensuite has been completely updated and it has been finished to a very high standard. Liam was punctual, friendly, helpful and very professional. He takes a great deal of pride in his work. Very happy with the work undertaken and highly recommended,

Both are happy to share their knowledgeable and experience which has lead us to having a better bathroom than originally planned. They arrive on time and clear up at the end of each day.
