We couldn’t be happier with the work Mark and Liam have done on our garage conversion and kitchen renovation. From start to finish they were professional, reliable, and incredibly skilled. The quality of workmanship is excellent — everything has been finished to a very high standard, with real attention to detail. They helped us think through options, explained things clearly, and were happy to offer practical advice that genuinely improved the end result. What really stood out was how trustworthy and tidy they were.

My partner and I recently had LM Renovations at our Guildford flat to do a full bathroom rip out and installation, as well as fit some new internal doors. We are so happy with the results! All work carried out to a high standard and within the agreed budget, there were also some additional work items that needed doing and these were done without having to ask. Plus some rendering was done to make good outside walls. Overall we are very happy.

Mark and Liam did such a good job on our recent bathroom renovation that we have them booked in to start on our kitchen renovation next week! LM Renovations were such good value for money - they were the cheapest of a number of quotes we got for the work, but the quality of work was second to none. You expect a number of snags on any completed building work, but we only had two very minor one and Mark returned quickly to fix them. Both Mark and Liam were courteous, professional, clean and tidy. They met challenges head on and nothing was too much trouble - an absolute pleasure to deal with!
