  Victorian Loft Conversion

  Over the Christmas and new year period, LMB completed a wonderful loft conversion on our Victorian house. Compared to other companies and quotes, LMB (and Steve’s expertise) were able to offer us a much better use of the space, all while ensuring we stayed within permitted development. One thing that made LMB stand out was how fantastic everyone has been! From the people in the office to the Trades - James, Matt D, Harry, Matt S, Steve and Stephen the project manager. Lee (the owner) was even completely across the project and ensured everything was kept to time. Thank you LMB!

  Loft Conversion

  We were looking for someone to do our Loft conversion for last couple of years and decided to go with the LMB Group, and couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, LMB has been excellent, giving us an extremely competitive price, keeping us updated at all stages, the whole process was handled professionally but felt relaxed and easy, which made a big difference.   LMB loft extension experience

  We're very pleased with our beautiful new loft space. We've gained a large airy bedroom and an extra bathroom with extra light in our existing landing. We were reassured that our neighbours down the road had a good experience, and we could see what ours might look like. LMB made everything easy and were very helpful with our neighbours concerns. Ryan and his team were friendly and helpful, and even finished a little early. Knocking through was the bit I was most concerned about but it was much less messy than I expected.   Loft extension with LMB Group Ltd

  We are very happy with our new loft, and we will be asking LMB Group Ltd to help us with any further important building project at our house in the future. We will be recommending LMB Group Ltd to our friends and neighbours who want to do loft extension. I have been on the phone with Joanna and T in the office almost every single day. They were efficient in handling difficult issues, including scaffolding trespass into our neighbour's front garden and at the back. The loft was done in 10 weeks because T and Joanna arranged a number of different teams to come in at the same time.
