We're very pleased with our beautiful new loft space. We've gained a large airy bedroom and an extra bathroom with extra light in our existing landing. We were reassured that our neighbours down the road had a good experience, and we could see what ours might look like. LMB made everything easy and were very helpful with our neighbours concerns. They were efficient in handling difficult issues, including scaffolding trespass into our neighbour's front garden and at the back. The loft was done in 10 weeks because T and Joanna arranged a number of different teams to come in at the same time.
