3.33 Work Needs To Be Redone Not Even A Year Later

Advised by another engineer (who I've had to call out to rectify faults twice this year) that pipework, bath and toilet are 'incorrect installations' and therefore not covered under insurance which means I now have to now rectify the fault at further expense to myself. Hi, unfortunately we are a bit confused as to this review. The job was done over a year ago, handed over and completed then payment was received. If it was an incorrect install why has no query been made to us over the space of a whole year. We offer a 6 months warranty on all parts and labour provided by us.

Job location: CR0Lee came to work in my salon for my refit. Service was immaculate from start to finish. He plumbed in my pedicure unit and tiled my flooring. He was consistently on time finished jobs when he was due to and communication throughout was thorough. Very happy with my new salon. After accidentally breaking a radiator pipe, I called LJB pluming and Lee was able to give advice over the phone on how to quickly isolate and stop the leak. Lee then came and replaced the broken pipe and got my heating working again. Lee’s work was tidy, efficient and fairly priced. Job location: CR0I wanted Lee to do my bathroom as I found him on Instagram. From start to finish, it was a seamless & smooth process. I expressed my thoughts & what I was after, he also offered me some handy advice in regards to fixtures & fittings! He is tidy, meticulous, prompt & gets the job done to a high standard.
