Advised by another engineer (who I've had to call out to rectify faults twice this year) that pipework, bath and toilet are 'incorrect installations' and therefore not covered under insurance which means I now have to now rectify the fault at further expense to myself.
The basin was installed at an angle and multiple panels were damaged on installation.

Hi, unfortunately we are a bit confused as to this review. The job was done over a year ago, handed over and completed then payment was received. If it was an incorrect install why has no query been made to us over the space of a whole year. We offer a 6 months warranty on all parts and labour provided by us.
