I appreciate the initial home visit to assess rather than virtual assessment, it gives it a more personalised touch and enabled a better working relationship. Trevor and Natalie were extremely helpful planning the move; from a warehouse to a first floor office suite. They provided enough men and vehicles (good condition) to complete the task in the given time and the men were careful with all the furniture and goods. Where necessary they dismantled shelves and put the required ones up in place. The team worked together well and were polite and friendly throughout making an effort to confirm that we were pleased with the progress. There were no surprise changes to the quote.
