  Trevor at Light Rock Removals did a fantastic job at moving all my furniture as requested with care and attention. Communication was efficient and everything was agreed with the price after the initial consultation. Trevor and his team (2 members) turned up at the requested time disassembled and packed my furniture in the van ready for the move. Everything was dealt with by Light Rock Removals and they were a pleasure to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family Thanks, appreciated.

  Trevor & team were brilliant through the whole process of our recent home move. They took real care and attention over our belongings - we packed & boxed up all our things ready for them to load the vans, but they carefully looked at everything and made sure anything that needed a bit of extra wrapping / care was taken care of so that nothing was damaged during the move. Great people and fantastic service - thank you so much!

  Not treated fairly when completion was late in the day

  We engaged Light Rock to carry out a move 90 miles from London. The quotation process was fine, but on the day of the move completion didn't take place until late in the day. Light Rock insisted on payment of 5 hours overtime upfront to complete the unloading that day, even though this was subsequently finished by 7.30pm and we had already paid the Waiting Time Waiver fee that was supposed to have covered up to 4 hours of delay. Had we not paid, they would take our belongings back to London. They would not refund any money even though it took less time than expected to unload.

  Flexible, efficient, courteous and careful

  The family run business is quite simply a delight to work with. We had a complex multi-stage move which was affected by the readiness of the property we were moving into. Trevor and and his team worked around our changing needs. They were flexible and efficient. Natasha and her team of packers were meticulous - not a single hing was broken! I would definitely recommend them
