  Kitchen refit

  Karl and his team made extra time to refit kitchen units that were sent back from being faulty. There were several delivery errors throughout the process, all down to the kitchen company, and Karl and his team did a fantastic job adapting to the errors and delays. We've appreciated his communication, patience and professionalism, and are happy with his service. Strongly recommended his team!

  Fantastic Cladding job

  I recently had my house re-cladded by Lichfield Spires and I’m delighted with the result. The old cladding was removed and replaced with smart, durable cedral cement board that has transformed the look of my home. Karl, who led the project, was brilliant from start to finish. He offered a competitive price and communicated clearly throughout, even when a few extras came up — everything felt fair and transparent. Karl’s workmanship is excellent, and his team, Ollie and Martin were also excellent. Highly recommended

  Karl & his team are always on time, organised, respectful, tidy, honest & caring in their work. We would never consider any other builder for work- we have used Karl for an extension & loft conversion & his effort, timeline & standards cannot be faulted. Highly recommend!! Thanks guys 🙏🏻
