Karl and his team made extra time to refit kitchen units that were sent back from being faulty. There were several delivery errors throughout the process, all down to the kitchen company, and Karl and his team did a fantastic job adapting to the errors and delays. I recently had my house re-cladded by Lichfield Spires and I’m delighted with the result. The old cladding was removed and replaced with smart, durable cedral cement board that has transformed the look of my home. Karl, who led the project, was brilliant from start to finish. He offered a competitive price and communicated clearly throughout, even when a few extras came up — everything felt fair and transparent.
