This is the second time we've used Karl and his team. Strongly recommend him, won't be disappointed. He is great at communication, no surprises, and finished ahead of schedule. Never a waisted moment, can't go wrong with him and his team.

Karl & his team are always on time, organised, respectful, tidy, honest & caring in their work. We would never consider any other builder for work- we have used Karl for an extension & loft conversion & his effort, timeline & standards cannot be faulted. Highly recommend!! Thanks guys 🙏🏻

Karl made a fantastic job laying floor tiles with some very intricate cuts

We contracted Karl to replace the cladding on our house, and the work he did was excellent. But in addition, when he/we found other problems, he always gave us options to fix those too. He and Oli were always polite, happy, on time and clean. I would very happily use his services again.

Karl and his team from Lichfield Spires built our 3 dormer windows. I cannot recommend the company enough. We are so pleased with the works undertaken. Quality craftmanship, knowledgeable and experienced. Clean, prompt and efficient. Why aren’t all builders like this! We have more work to be done on our house, I will most definitely be requesting Lichfield Spires in the future.

We're very happy with our entire experience with Lichfield Spires. It was our dream to have a Turkish Kosk eating and sitting space in our garden, and Karl cleverly designed and constructed it for us, with Ollie's assistance. We felt that everything was planned and explained very well, and every element carefully considered. Lichfield Spires are professional, friendly, creative, tidy, respectful and excellent craftspeople. We're so happy with the end result. It's beautiful and compliments our garden well, fitting into the natural environment perfectly. We feel like we're on holiday in it!
