  Polite, tidy and reliable, with work carried out to a high standard.

  We are very happy with the work Lee recently carried out for us, including installing several internal fire doors, frames and architrave, fitting fire resistant plasterboard, as well as other repair work. From start to finish, Lee was a pleasure to deal with, communicating promptly and professionally, providing a clear and reasonable quote, turning up on time, and carrying out his work with care and skill. He was always willing to answer any questions I had. At all times he treated our house and property with respect, which left me very reassured and confident about approaching him in future.

  Disapointed

  Disapointed with end result of our kitchen installation. Poor attention to detail and kept blaming inferior, poor quality units. Finished it ourselves in the end with the help of someone else. Lesson learnt. I f you want a kitchen installed hire a dedicated kitchen installer. We wont be recommending LH Building and Maintainance in the future.

  Gary, we’re disappointed to read this as it does not reflect the full circumstances of your project. During installation, we raised concerns regarding the kitchen plans and the quality and condition of certain supplied units, as these directly affected alignment and finishing. The agreed scope of works was completed, and we were not provided with a snagging list or given the opportunity to return before you chose to complete further work independently. We stand by our workmanship and remain willing to review any specific concerns directly.

  Kitchen upgrade

  Lee done a great job with our kitchen! We had the worktop, up stand, sink and splash back replaced and encountered a few issues along the way out of anyones control but these were dealt with efficiently and the outcome of the kitchen was everything we thought it would be! Very reliable also

  Reliable and responsive tradesperson

  Painting wallls, ceiling, doors and skirting boards and tiling splashbacks round cooker and electrical sockets above quartz worktops after kitchen refit. Lee did a great job of the tiling, especially with cutting tiles to fit difficult spaces. Lee was reliable and responsive and we are very pleased with the result.
