Painting wallls, ceiling, doors and skirting boards and tiling splashbacks round cooker and electrical sockets above quartz worktops after kitchen refit. Lee did a great job of the tiling, especially with cutting tiles to fit difficult spaces. Lee was reliable and responsive and we are very pleased with the result.

Lee and his team were brilliant. This wasn’t a smooth install sadly due to multiple issues with Wickes who supplied the kitchen, but Lee was adaptable and flexible in his approach and dealt with many issues that arose! Polite friendly trustworthy and helpful. Would recommend

This builder is fantastic. He coordinated and worked on the replacement of two very old roofs - which were also full of asbestos. He worked meticulously and efficiently with no problems. His team were approachable and worked hard. Now we have an excellent set of roofs that look impressive and are completely safe and weather proof. Thank you.

As always I found Lee at LH Building and Maintenance to be reliable and thorough, he ran the job smoothly and was always available on the phone to answer questions. The project ran for about 3 weeks, during that time, staff were working and Lee and his team made sure that any disruption was minimal and advised of us any disruptions ahead of time. We are always very satisfied with any work Lee and his team do for us and will use them again for future projects. Note: had to put Kitchens as there was no suitable service description for the work caried out.
