9 Fixing toilet cistern.

The guy who carried the job was excellent , explained options available to repair the cistern and managed to sort things out as best as possible. My only concern is the company and its hourly charges . I believe , £70 per hour is the first time that I have ever paid for a job! I contacted the owner and he never bothered to respond to my text . Would I recommend, yes I would the plumber, Steve but not the company .
