The guy who carried the job was excellent , explained options available to repair the cistern and managed to sort things out as best as possible. My only concern is the company and its hourly charges . I believe , £70 per hour is the first time that I have ever paid for a job! I contacted the owner and he never bothered to respond to my text . Would I recommend, yes I would the plumber, Steve but not the company . I believe every trade companies should clarify their charges before taking a job on , so there are no surprises .

I hired Laszlo to install a water pump to improve the hot water pressure in my flat, and I’m really impressed with the outcome. Arrived same day, and very quickly. Had to do a bit of investigating to find the problems, but their experience showed. Great fix, well done, getting them back to replace taps on basin and bath.
