  Arthur was excellent. When Ford didn't deliver all the parts to fix my new coolant hose, he made sure he phoned & tripled checked what the missing part should have been despite unhelpful Ford representatives giving misinformation. He made sure the job was done correctly. Made sure he troubleshooted everything and ran diagnostics on my vehicle so that in the future I can correctly discuss with Ford Trust what happened and what's been fixed. I really appreciated his professional manner and clear explanation of what he was doing. I would recommend him to anyone and definitely use him again.

  Arthur is professional and trustworthy

  I had Arthur come out to replace the spark plugs on my car and I can honestly say he’s one of the rare gems in this trade. From start to finish he was professional, friendly, and completely trustworthy. He explained what he was doing, worked with real care, and left me with complete peace of mind. It’s incredibly rare to find someone in this world who combines skill with genuine honesty, but Arthur is exactly that.
