When Ford didn't deliver all the parts to fix my new coolant hose, he made sure he phoned & tripled checked what the missing part should have been despite unhelpful Ford representatives giving misinformation. He made sure the job was done correctly. Made sure he troubleshooted everything and ran diagnostics on my vehicle so that in the future I can correctly discuss with Ford Trust what happened and what's been fixed. I really appreciated his professional manner and clear explanation of what he was doing. I would recommend him to anyone and definitely use him again.
