I arrived at my fathers house one evening to find “arthur” working on my dads car in pitch black. He striped his engine and its was all over his drive. He greeted me then asked for a torch as he didnt have one. The car had a cylinder replacement but now runs insufficient, judders when idling. “Arthur” now requests my dad to go to a garage as he cant fix it now 😡

Arthur went the extra mile to help repair the perished and leaking seals on the ignition plugs and make replacements. Communication was excellent throughout and he took videos to demonstrate working parts following the work. He was polite, punctual and friendly and my car is working better now than it has in years. I was so impressed that I will book Arthur again to service my car as soon as we are able.
