To properly inspect a roof, getting up to roof level is essential. Most roofs look ok from the ground, but when you get up to gutter height things can look totally different.
Splits in lead flashings and valleys, loose ridge tiles, old and worn weak nails in slates can all lead to an expensive re-roof costing 5 figures. These cannot be seen through binoculars.

Our full roof inspection will be made up of high definition aerial photographs taken by a surveyor who only works with roofs, so an expert opinion can be given in confidence.
