I have used Brandon and Kasey on several occasions and they have always been very professional, hard-working and conscientious in their work. This was no exception. Brandon explained exactly what the process (steam cleaning) was and the (specialist) equipment they were going to use. They took great care to avoid problems (e.g. drains being blocked) with the moss being removed, and cleared up as they were going along. Minor issues with the roof that Brandon noticed were mentioned to me and dealt with as they were found. The result was a very clean roof!

Turned up and did an inspection. Seemed very knowledgable and spoke well. They said they would provide a quote in a couple of days. Great. Then they vanished and did not respond to calls and text. Sure they are fantastic roofers but if you don't want the work just let people know.

The work was carried out very quickly and professionally. Brandon came round the next day and completed the chimney repair.

I noticed a part of a seal between the roof on an extension and a wall above it had come loose. I got in touch with Brandon and he came within a couple of days to resolve it. I was most impressed with Brandon (and Casey) when they did major roof repairs a few months ago and highly recommend.

Brandon and son Kasey are fantastic and I would highly recommend them. They repaired and sorted out the numerous (q worrying) problems with our roof skilfully, calmly and efficiently. They were always open, honest and respectful of any anxieties and carefully and patiently discussed the various options available as the job progressed. Nothing fazed them, they quietly considered the best course of action for each area (no drama) and the bill was really reasonable. Arrived when they said they would, always tidied and made a big, quite involved job surprisingly easy to live around. Heroes!

The job was assessed and I received practical advice as to what needed to be done. I received a summary of work required and a timescale as to when the work might be done. The price was fair and reasonable. Work was completed in a timely neat and efficient manner to secure the roof from the elements. Just what was required.
