  Had a very good experience with this company. I’ve had a few home improvements done to a very high standard. Haven’t let me down yet and definitely would recommend to using them.

  Left in a state no one else wanted to touch

  I saw so many good reviews for this builder, and they came in on budget. The electrician started 1st for a full rewire. There was an issue 1 day that I returned home to find my downstairs windows wide open and no one there. They never returned to complete the work either. So it never got signed off. The plasterer he used did a really rough job, and bridged their work, plastering straight to floorboards. I had a chimney removed. Left the wall in such a state no one would touch it after. Then no one would return my house keys, forcing me to pay for new locks everywhere.

  We’re disappointed by this review as it doesn’t reflect the full situation. At your request, the project was split into two phases, with extended timescales agreed. Phase One was completed and paid for. When you later requested immediate completion, we explained this wasn’t possible due to prior commitments. As no work had begun, you were free to appoint another contractor. No concerns were raised about our completed work and key was returned in letterbox.

  Stress free rear extension

  Our experience with lees construction was excellent from start to finish the eye for detail and customer care exceeded our expectations they took all the stress away from having the extension built on our house

  Approached Lees Construction Ltd upon receipt of numerous recommendations. Strong project management, timely and meaningful communication, friendly, skilled and attentive team with flexibility provided where required. Guidance and advise on replacement fittings. Removal of pre-existing bathroom, tiles and floor and replastered. Removal and replacement of kitchen floor and replacement ceiling and replastering. No-nonsense, no fuss and consistent communication throughout. Highly recommended and trusted for both small and larger scale jobs. Very satisfied and would be my 1st choice again!

  Staircase fitting

  Love my staircase looks fantastic, the lads worked really hard to correct somebody’s previously bad work and make my vision a reality thank you so much could not recommend them enough.

  Plastering of 2x rooms

  I was let down by another plasterer and got into contact with Lees construction after my friend referred me. I phoned them on Wednesday and they managed to view my property & give me a quote the same day! We agreed on the price & they came on Saturday to finish the job. The plasterers were a team of 3 so they managed to get the job done in one day. They were polite & tidy & the plaster looks very smooth . I’m waiting for the plaster to dry to see the finished look but I’m really pleased with their service & know I can reach out if I have any issues. I definitely recommend them .
