I saw so many good reviews for this builder, and they came in on budget.
The electrician started 1st for a full rewire. There was an issue 1 day that I returned home to find my downstairs windows wide open and no one there. They never returned to complete the work either. So it never got signed off. The plasterer he used did a really rough job, and bridged their work, plastering straight to floorboards. I had a chimney removed. Left the wall in such a state no one would touch it after. Then no one would return my house keys, forcing me to pay for new locks everywhere.

We’re disappointed by this review as it doesn’t reflect the full situation. At your request, the project was split into two phases, with extended timescales agreed. Phase One was completed and paid for. When you later requested immediate completion, we explained this wasn’t possible due to prior commitments. As no work had begun, you were free to appoint another contractor. No concerns were raised about our completed work and key was returned in letterbox.
