10 Flat roof repair - good old fashioned service

Amazing service! Our flat roof was leaking & after a late night text, Fred called by the next day to take a look. He quoted a fair price & was able to squeeze us in the next week. He did a thorough repair, respecting our property & leaving the place clean & tidy. Over the next couple of days we had rain & although the leak was smaller, there was still a drip coming through. Text him & he came straight back to check his work. He spotted that the leak was originating from the neighbours roof. After repairing theirs too, our roof is now watertight. Knowledgable & reliable. Fred happened to be working on a neighbour's roof and we had a hole in the roof which had needed sorting for a while. Popped over to see him and he came straight over, got up on the roof, explained the issue, went and got the materials and had it mended within 2 hours. Very good price and polite, super helpful. Job location: TN9Fantastic service all round. Excellent communication, gave options for each part of the job, didn't push to just go for the expensive option. Very thorough, each part of the job explained. Before and after photos of each part of the job. Very polite and friendly.
