Fred happened to be working on a neighbour's roof and we had a hole in the roof which had needed sorting for a while. Popped over to see him and he came straight over, got up on the roof, explained the issue, went and got the materials and had it mended within 2 hours. Very good price and polite, super helpful. Thoroughly recommended. Will use Fred again if we have more roofing issues.
